How much does the Your Home Heroes subscription services cost?
The Your Home Heroes Subscription Service cost depends on which services and tier you select for your home. Packages begin at $59.99 per month.
What services do I get as part of the subscription?
The services provided in the subscription will vary depending on the customer needs. As part of sign up, we will discuss which services you desire from the services menu. Generally, this is about 10 focus areas customized to your needs. There are also additional service tiers that allow you to have more services. Each subscription is based entirely on your unique needs. As part of our intake process, we discuss which services you’d like and build a package around your home. How often do you come to my home?
As part of the subscription service we will come to your home at least once a quarter to conduct the agreed upon services. We may come more often depending on the chosen focus areas to give your home the attention it needs.
Do you complete each service selected as part of my subscription every time you are on site?
We complete each service in your subscription at least once a year. Depending on what the service is some things only need to be serviced annually. Other services require quarterly, or bi-annual maintenance.
What if you find an issue that needs to be fixed during your maintenance visit?
If we discover that there is an area of concern we will mark that in our report for future monitoring and provide that report to you for your awareness. We will generally fix any issues on site that day as a part of the subscription service. This assumes we have the appropriate materials and the task is not too extensive. If more extensive repairs are needed, we will consult with you and provide a path forward for getting the issue(s) resolved. For example, if we inspect your roof and find rot we would contact our roofing specialists and provide a few options and quotes to fix the roof. The roof remediation would come at an additional cost beyond the monthly subscription fee based on your tier.
How do you do all this work?
We have a mix of in-house employees and trusted third party vendors that we work with to make your home maintenance seamless.
Do you charge for service calls?
There are no additional charges for our regularly scheduled maintenance visits. If an additional need arises we can come onsite at your request for a discounted rate. If it is not an emergency you can alert us of the issue and we can address it during our next maintenance visit. If a more extensive repair is required, we will provide a path forward and a quote.
What other benefits do I get as part of the subscription service?
You get to leverage a network of professionals for a discounted rate when compared to the market rate, and take advantage of our relationships for VIP scheduling.
How do I know if you find something?
After each scheduled maintenance visit we will provide a written report of the services provided, our findings, and recommendations to address any issues.
If something needs to be addressed, can you fix it?
Yes! Our goal is to find issues while they are small and address them before they evolve into bigger problems. We will inform you of any issues, fix them if they are within the scope of our subscription service, and provide quotes for remediations if necessary. We will serve as your liaison throughout the process to get the issue resolved.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We do our best to build long term relationships with our customers and service them for the long term, but we understand that needs can change. We do not have a service contract, so you can cancel at any time.
