We learn your home, keep a record of routine care, and make it easier to determine what needs attention now or can wait. When an issue is discovered, we document it, contact you, and discuss appropriate next steps. Work beyond your included maintenance scope is quoted separately.

For work requiring a licensed or specialized trade, the appropriately qualified party must perform it. Responsibilities, access arrangements, and the level of oversight are confirmed in writing. Home-care coordination does not replace property insurance, security systems, or emergency monitoring.

We document the situation and attempt to contact you promptly. Rare imminent safety or property-protection actions without prior contact depend on the limited authority in your signed agreement.

Can I keep contractors I already use?
We can discuss how your providers fit into the plan. Properly licensed professionals handle work for which licensure is required.

Can you arrange an accredited home inspection?
We can discuss arranging a separate professional inspection where useful; it is not automatically included in every plan.

Is a maintenance membership required?
No. Quotes are free. Memberships are intended for ongoing quarterly care and continuity.
