Service-Related Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number when requesting services, YHH may send non-promotional text messages reasonably related to your request or customer relationship, including scheduling, appointment reminders, estimates, project updates, access coordination, and customer-service communications.

Marketing Text Messages

If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Your Home Heroes at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include home-maintenance information, service updates, memberships, seasonal reminders, and promotional offers.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law.

Opting Out
